"We found out about my husband's colon cancer on February 28, 2020. Him being a truck driver, one of the biggest worries for us was the financial strain this would cause with him not being able to work due to having treatments every other week.

After his diagnosis, I was approached on the phone by someone at Borland Groover that informed me of the financial assistance program they had available through the BGC Foundation. I contacted Vanessa with the program and inquired more information, it was so easy to apply and they were so helpful in explaining whatever was needed to complete the application. It was a relief and blessing to know that the medical bills were going to be taken care of…"
