BGC Foundation for Research and Education
Borland Groover is recognized as the largest gastroenterology practice in the southeast region of the United States. It is one of Florida’s leading digestive health providers, delivering everything from colon cancer screenings to advanced high tech procedures and clinical trials.
Inspired by the actions of the physicians and clinical team, the BGC Foundation for Research and Education was developed in 2004 as the official non-profit organization to spearhead our mission.
The foundation is devoted to serving and improving lives. As an effort to increase awareness and support individuals who have been affected by colon cancer, the foundation hosts March to Get Screened (MTGS). Funds raised from MTGS are applied towards research, education and financial assistance relating to colon cancer.
